Welcome to Pulse Network! By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or streaming services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or using Pulse Network, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our Service. Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree not to share your access code, password, or account with others outside your household.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pulse Network offers subscription-based access per channel (e.g., Pulse Music, Pulse Fashion, Pulse Sports, etc.) at $1.99/month per channel or bundled plans.
Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You may cancel at any time; access will remain until the end of your billing cycle.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content provided on Pulse Network (including shows, videos, graphics, and logos) is owned or licensed by Pulse Network.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or broadcast content without prior written permission.
Artists and partners who submit content retain ownership but grant Pulse Network rights to distribute as agreed in their contracts.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Upload or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features.
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
7. Termination of Service
Pulse Network may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including repeated copyright infringement or fraudulent activity.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Pulse Network is not liable for service interruptions, third-party content, or damages arising from use of the Service.
