All original content produced by Pulse Network (including Pulse Fashion, Pulse Sports, Pulse Music, Pulse Kids & Family, and Pulse Originals) is the exclusive property of Pulse Network unless otherwise stated.
Artists and collaborators retain ownership of their original works but grant Pulse Network the right to broadcast, distribute, and promote their content as outlined in collaboration agreements.
3. User-Submitted Content
Any content submitted by artists, businesses, or users must be their own creation or licensed material.
Submitting content to Pulse Network means you affirm that you own the rights or have the necessary licenses to share it.
4. Prohibited Content
Uploading, streaming, or distributing copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited.
This includes unauthorized movies, music, sports broadcasts, or any third-party content.
5. DMCA & Takedown Requests
Pulse Network complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

6. Consequences of Infringement
Content found to infringe copyrights may be removed immediately.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
